At Notts Family, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect colour selection
- Buyer preference
- Accidental orders

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
