Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Notts Family.

All of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you once your order has been placed.

Processing Times

Orders typically take between 2–7 business days to be printed, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

During busy periods, including holidays, product launches, and promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. As products may be produced by different printing partners or fulfilment centres, items ordered together can occasionally be shipped separately.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by their local authorities.

Notts Family is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping provider.

Packages confirmed as lost in transit may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted fulfilment and delivery partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
