Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Notts Family are made to order through third-party production partners. This means items are only produced once an order is placed.

Because of this production model, slight variations in colour, placement, and finish may occur between products and what is shown online. These variations are not considered faults.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product or stock availability
• Errors in pricing or product descriptions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are fulfilled by third-party print partners and shipping times may vary depending on location. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Refunds or replacements will only be offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided the issue is reported within the required timeframe.

Third-Party Fulfilment

We work with third-party production and fulfilment providers to produce and ship our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order details will be shared with these providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.
